the art of letter writing

I miss snail mail — the time it takes to write a letter, the feeling of pen on paper, ruminating about the mundane and the wondrous, thinking about someone on the other end receiving and digesting handwritten pages, a temporal stamp of one’s own mind.

A letter in the mail is a rarity these days. So, starting in 2026, I am launching a letter writing project.

The goal is to send a total of 100 letters to those who would like to receive one. There is no time limit on how long this might take.
